I designed and developed a custom WordPress theme for Midland during my time with Howard Design Group. HDG worked with the organization to create a new brand from scratch, and I helped shape what that brand would look like on the web while working closely with the client to cater to their needs as an organization, teacher’s needs, and the needs of parents. I was allowed a lot of creative freedom and consider it my best work.
The slider on the Our Story page was especially challenging. I used a slider plugin for the functionality, but completely redid the CSS, determined to get it to look exactly as I wanted.
