This is a landing page I designed and developed during my time at WebFly. The objective was to bring in leads through a PPC campaign. This fully responsive page was created from scratch with: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP. I used jQuery UI for the form validation, date picker, and time picker, and PHP to handle form submissions.
